Under the Data Protection Act 1998, the Taskforce and its contractors have legal obligations towards you in the way that we deal with data collected from you. We maintain strict security standards to prevent unauthorised access.

Information submitted via the registration forms and bulletin subscription form is stored on a server to which the Taskforce have access for communication and administration purposes only.

Registration details may be passed on to an approved volunteer partner who will be authorised to arrange visits. Full details of this arrangement are provided in our 'Information for Participants'.

We do not pass on your details to any third party or government department unless you give us permission to do so, or we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it.

The Visit our Schools and Colleges website, with the exception of the registration system, does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user's IP address which is automatically recognised by the webserver.

The Visit our Schools and Colleges website does not use cookies to collect and store user information.
